If you bring a great attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn, we'll help you develop the skills needed for a successful career in the HVAC trade. What You'll Do Assist with the installation of residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork Transport tools, equipment, and materials to and from job sites Learn how to measure, cut, assemble, and install ductwork and piping Support system startups, testing, and quality checks under the guidance of experienced technicians Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Follow all safety standards, company policies, and industry best practices Interact professionally with homeowners and teammates Participate in ongoing training and development programs to grow your HVAC knowledge and skills What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED preferred Interest in building a long-term career in the HVAC industry Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new skills Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment Dependable, motivated, and eager to grow Valid driver's license preferred Ability to pass pre-employment screening requirements as applicable Physical Requirements Lift and carry 50+ pounds regularly Work comfortably in attics, crawl spaces, and other confined areas Stand, bend, kneel, climb, and move throughout the workday Work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions Bonus Points If You Have HVAC trade school coursework or certification Experience using hand and power tools EPA 608 Certification or willingness to obtain it Why Join Us?
