Electrical & HVAC Apprentice

Job description We are looking for an Apprentice electrician + HVAC Technician to join our team. Job will require you to be dependable and hard working. We want to provide the best service to our valued customers. You will work directly alongside our Master HVAC Technician and multiple experienced electricians, gaining hands-on experience in both the HVAC and electrical fields. The primary focus of this position will be assisting with installations while learning the trade from the ground up.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist with HVAC and electrical installations.
• Learn proper installation techniques, troubleshooting, and jobsite safety.
• Operate and handle power tools safely and efficiently.
• Help maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Fully understand local, federal and company regulations for safe electrical systems.
• Work alongside technicians and electricians on residential and commercial projects.
• Communicate with other personnel to discuss project details.
• All other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Skills:

• Experience with hand tools is required.
• Must be honest, safety conscientious, accountable, team player, organized, good attitude and the ability to clearly communicate. You will be face to face with customers and the above attributes are required. Pay & Growth Opportunity
• Starting salary: $50,000/year
• Opportunity to earn $80,000
• $100,000 after 1 year of employment based on performance & growth.
