We are currently seeking a Commercial HVAC Technician to join our team in Fredericksburg, VA . What You'll Do As a Commercial HVAC Technician, you will play a critical role in installing, maintaining, and servicing commercial and industrial HVAC systems.

Key responsibilities include:

Maintain and service HVAC systems including hydronic, steam, forced hot air, and heat pumps Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues efficiently and accurately Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams Perform preventive maintenance to maximize system performance and lifespan Maintain high standards of workmanship, safety, and professionalism Deliver reliable, high-quality service to customers What We're Looking For 1 to 5 years of HVAC service or installation experience, or equivalent training and education Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and repair skills Experience installing and servicing HVAC systems and related equipment EPA or CFC Certification required Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong communication and documentation skills Valid driver's license and ability to pass pre-employment screening, including drug screen and background checks as required Why Join Southern Air?
