HVAC Install Helper

Duties Assist lead technicians with the installation of HVAC equipments. Support the setup and connection of refrigerant lines following schematics and HVAC design specifications. Use hand tools and power tools to aid in system assembly and repairs. Help with field service tasks including troubleshooting mechanical issues, performing equipment repairs, and conducting routine maintenance. Follow safety protocols during installations and repairs, ensuring compliance with industry standards and local codes. Assist in reading schematics and technical drawings to correctly install or repair HVAC systems. Experience Prior experience in construction or service technician roles is highly desirable. Familiarity with schematics, HVAC design principles, and mechanical knowledge is a plus. Mechanical skills such as welding or equipment repair are beneficial for this role. Field service experience involving property maintenance or appliance repair is advantageous. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is preferred for transportation between job sites. Basic understanding of electrical testing tools like ohmmeters and familiarity with HVAC/R systems will support your success in this position.
