Job Description
Position Overview Our HVAC services encompass the cleaning and repair of vents, as well as the servicing of HVAC equipment. Virginia's HVAC systems often exhibit inefficiencies, improper installation, and dirt accumulation, resulting in unpleasant odors, premature equipment repairs and replacements, corroded ductwork, and inadequate airflow. We prioritize providing our customers with Clean, Safe, and Efficient ducts, vents, and their associated systems, and we excel in this area. Our expertise lies in our comprehensive knowledge, superior equipment, robustly trained technicians, the most advanced products available, and an unparalleled breadth of specialized service. On average, our technicians service two systems daily. Location We're headquartered out of Fredericksburg, VA but our techs take their vans home. During the apprenticeship, you are almost entirely meeting up with your technician to ride in their work van. This position is currently earmarked for servicing all of our regions. Compensation & Benefits Ride Alongs (the first 3 days) — $100 cash pay each day to make sure we're a good fit Apprenticeship (about 4-6 months) — $16-20 per hour direct deposit, paid weekly Technician (first year) — typically $52-60k+ with bonuses Technician (second year and beyond) — typically $52-90k+ with bonuses PTO, sick time, 401k, health insurance and the other benefits will be detailed through the hiring process.
