What you'll get Competitive pay based on experience and certifications Excellent Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance Paid vacation and paid Federal holidays 401(k) with company match Strong career growth opportunities within the Thermal Concepts family of companies And more PositionRequirements What You'll Do Install, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems (RTUs, walk-in coolers/freezers, split systems, etc.) Work on Hot-side and Restaurant Equipment repair Perform preventative maintenance to ensure optimal system performance Diagnose system issues and recommend effective repair solutions Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical documents Ensure compliance with safety standards and industry regulations Provide excellent customer service and maintain accurate service documentation What We're Looking For 3+ years of experience in commercial HVAC and refrigeration EPA Certification (prefferd) Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Experience with plumbing or construction is a plus Valid driver's license with a clean driving record PositionNotes Thermal Concepts, LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
