The HVAC Technician will be responsible for assisting with organization and maintenance of the office space, and must be capable of remaining calm and collected in stressful situations. The ideal candidate for this position will have strong communication skills, as well as a dedication to high ethical standards.

Responsibilities:

Be an employee of a company specializing in heating and air conditioning. Be knowledgeable about the skills needed to repair, install, and maintain heating and air conditioning systems for businesses and residential customers. Keep up with new developments in the HVAC industry. Make minor repairs, adjustments, and overall maintenance of heating and air conditioning units and systems. Diagnose problems with the HVAC unit or related systems; troubleshoot problems, and suggest cost-effective solutions to fix the problem or replace the unit or system if necessary.
