Job Description
We are seeking a HVAC/R technician to join our elite team! Our techs repair, install and maintain heating and AC units, coolers, freezers and more. All while providing exceptional customer service.
HVAC/R Technician Responsibilities:
Service multiple locations in designated areas by providing a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment. Utilize a tablet to keep record of maintenance requests and complete in a timely manner. Responds to work orders for a wide variety of in-store equipment which include, but may not be limited to repairs of HVAC, repairs to refrigeration, cold beverage equipment, fountain/backroom ice makers Responds to work orders related to plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance issues Minor repairs to equipment (such as hoses, nozzles, fuel filters, decals, HVAC filters, water filters, etc.) as needed Responsible for ordering and management of parts inventory for truck Completes required reports and paperwork daily to account for the time and use of parts and materials Observes and inspects equipment to determine if servicing or further action is required Knowledge of HVACR installation, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance Ability to use hand and power tools applicable to job Knowledge of refrigerant recovery and safe disposal of refrigerant Ability to read, understand, follow, and enforce safety procedure Working analytical and problem-solving skills Understand and carry out oral and written instructions Establish and maintain cooperative work relationships Work independently and under minimal supervision Knows how to braze refrigerant lines and components safely and properly Completes other duties, including special projects, as assigned by management Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent. Experience as a Service Technician, with the ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair HVAC/R systems. Universal EPA certification. Understanding of reading and interpreting technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and blueprints. Solid understanding of electrical circuits and troubleshooting techniques. Ability to use diagnostic tools, meters, gauges, and other equipment to assess system performance and diagnose issues. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Rotating on call schedule Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients. Basic computer skills. Must possess a valid driver's license with an insurable driving record. We Offer:
