Preferred requirements for position:

3-year minimum of HVAC installation experience with 1 year as lead installer; valid driver's license with clean driving record; respectful, courteous and professional; punctual and well organized; strong work ethic and positive attitude with excellent customer service skills. Responsibilities would include (but not limited to): perform installation of residential (existing and new construction) HVAC related equipment according to manufacturer's specifications; wire both line and low voltage to heating and cooling equipment; proficient in copper and black iron pipe installation; install copper refrigerant lines to air conditioning units, including soldering and brazing; install sheet metal and flex duct systems in residential and commercial buildings; properly connect gas lines to heating equipment; ability to start up installed units is preferred.

Also required to:

receive, verify and load all equipment and materials needed for each job; properly fill out all paperwork required for each job; maintain cleanliness of assigned company vehicle, and other assigned duties as directed by management. Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs.; push, pull and carry equipment; able to tolerate high temperatures and small spaces (attics, crawlspaces, etc.); company vehicle for qualified candidate; ability to climb ladders and ability to work overtime.
