We're looking for a skilled HVAC Installer who values craftsmanship, safety, teamwork, and professionalism inside our customers' homes. This role is ideal for installers who take ownership of their work, lead by example, and want to be part of a team that does things the right way — not the rushed way. Duties And Responsibilities Install residential HVAC systems according to manufacturer specifications and company standards Design and execute proper equipment installation layouts based on system requirements Test all installed equipment to ensure proper operation before leaving the job site Clearly explain system operation and features to homeowners Complete all installation documentation accurately and on time Maintain organized inventory and company-issued equipment Safely operate company vehicles and maintain a clean, professional appearance Represent Loving Air's core values in every home and job site Supervise and guide install helpers when assigned What We Offer Competitive hourly pay (based on experience) Bonus opportunities Local service area — minimal long commutes Clean, organized trucks and proper equipment Operational support and leadership that values communication A team-focused culture built on integrity and accountability Opportunities for continued growth and development We believe in accountability — but we also believe in encouragement, communication, and doing the right thing Schedule Monday-Friday schedule 7:00 AM start time (8:00 AM first appointments) Rotating on-call shifts Extended hours during peak weather when needed Requirements Valid driver's license EPA Certification preferred Prior HVAC installation experience preferred Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly Ability to work in attics, crawlspaces, rooftops, and outdoor conditions Professional communication and customer service skills Core Competencies Strong mechanical aptitude and technical knowledge Attention to detail and quality workmanship Leadership and accountability Dependability and punctuality Team-oriented mindset Commitment to safety and professionalism Physical Demands & Work Environment Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and climbing Regular work in attics, crawlspaces, rooftops, and confined spaces Exposure to outdoor weather conditions, heat, and cold Frequent lifting up to 50 lbs; occasional lifting over 50 lbs Work around moving mechanical parts, electrical components, and HVAC equipment Moderate to high noise environments If you're an installer who takes pride in clean installs, professional service, and doing the job right the first time — we'd love to talk with you.
