We're looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician who takes pride in their work, communicates clearly, and treats customers like neighbors — because that's exactly what they are. Duties And Responsibilities Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems Clearly explain options and solutions to homeowners Complete service documentation using ServiceTitan Deliver a level of service that earns online reviews Participate in weekly team meetings and check-ins What We Offer Competitive hourly pay (based on experience) Monthly and quarterly bonus opportunities $5,000 sign-on bonus for techs with 3+ years experience $2,500 at 6 months $2,500 at 12 months Local service area — minimal long commutes Clean, organized trucks Real operational support and leadership that listens We believe in accountability — but we also believe in encouragement, communication, and doing the right thing Schedule Monday-Friday schedule 8:00 AM first appointments Rotating on-call shifts Extended hours during peak weather when needed Requirements EPA 608 Certification Valid driver's license 3+ years of HVAC service experience Ability to work in attics, crawlspaces, and outdoor conditions Core Competencies Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills Professional communication with homeowners and business clients Integrity and accountability Dependability and punctuality Team-oriented mindset Commitment to safety and quality workmanship Physical Demands & Work Environment Frequently standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and climbing Regular work in attics, crawlspaces, rooftops, and mechanical rooms Exposure to outdoor weather conditions, heat, and cold Frequent lifting up to 50 lbs; occasional lifting over 50 lbs Work around moving mechanical parts, electrical components, and HVAC equipment Moderate to high noise environments If you're looking for a company where your experience is valued and your work actually matters, we'd love to talk with you.
