What You'll Do:

Install HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork Lead installation jobs and ensure quality workmanship Read and interpret installation plans and specifications Ensure all installs meet code and manufacturer standards Train and mentor junior installers as needed Maintain clean and safe job sites

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 10 years of HVAC installation experience required Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems and install practices Ability to lead install jobs independently EPA certification preferred Valid driver's license High attention to detail and craftsmanship At HVAC & Plumbing Unlimited, we believe in doing the job right, treating people fairly, and building long-term careers for our team members.
