You will drive operational excellence by managing installation workflows, mentoring junior technicians, and upholding rigorous quality standards across every job site. Responsibilities Direct end-to-end HVAC system installations, ensuring all mechanical setups meet peak efficiency and safety benchmarks. Optimize project outcomes by performing detailed site evaluations and creating precise installation blueprints. Elevate team performance through hands-on mentorship and technical training for junior staff members. Deliver superior client experiences by providing clear communication and professional guidance throughout the installation process. Maintain meticulous documentation of project progress, material utilization, and labor hours to ensure operational transparency. Coordinate with internal teams to streamline project timelines and resolve complex installation challenges effectively. Required Skills Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in HVAC installation with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity. Comprehensive understanding of HVAC components, electrical systems, and modern installation techniques. Proven ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues and manage complex site requirements independently. Valid driver's license with a clean driving history.
