HVAC Installer

SUMMARY This individual is responsible for the installation, retrofit and start-up of residential systems; utilizing knowledge and previous experience of installation of residential and light commercial systems. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to apply each essential duty satisfactorily under minimal supervision. Individuals must be able to operate capably in likely weather variations, for extended periods of time with occasional extremes of both heat and cold.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Fabricates, assembles, installs and repairs sheet metal ducting with direction and assistance from the GM and other team members . Candidate must demonstrate desire to deliver exceptional service to our customers, ability to be a part of a great team environment and a strong work ethic to be successful.

Specific Job Duties:

Responsible for installation of HVAC equipment on assigned projects, ensuring customer satisfaction. Uses a variety of hand tools, power tools. Represents Company practicing professionalism at all times. Documents work by completing electronic work order on each job. Comply with all safety standards, policies and procedures. May work under the guidance of an experienced HVAC Field Supervisor. Maintain a clean work area and appearance and comply with housekeeping requirements. Any other duties as assigned by the GM. CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

Two years related experience. Equivalent combination of education and experience as indicated above. Able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen, as well as a Moving Vehicle Record Background check. Holding a Universal Refrigerant Card is required or obtainable within 60 days.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
