What We Need:

Davis Heating, Cooling and Electrical is seeking a HVAC Service Technician to join our team and provide exceptional service by diagnosing and repairing HVAC issues in customers' homes. Since 1979, we've been known for providing top-quality residential HVAC solutions throughout Lynchburg and its surrounding areas. The ideal candidate brings extensive HVAC expertise and a commitment to outstanding customer service. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ventilation units Perform routine maintenance and system inspections Communicate effectively with customers regarding service issues and solutions Document work performed, including parts used and services completed Ensure compliance with all safety standards and regulations Participate in on-call rotation as needed

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a HVAC Service Technician Proven expertise in diagnosing and repairing HVAC issues in residential settings Dedication to providing homeowners with exceptional satisfaction Detail-oriented with strong multitasking skills Effective communication skills and comfort interacting with customers Confident and decisive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment Valid Driver's License ( Company policy requires all drivers to be at least 21 years old. )
