Compensation:

$50,000 - $100,000 (based on experience) Position Overview CPG Investments is seeking an experienced Lead HVAC Technician to oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems across our residential properties. This is a leadership role requiring both technical expertise and the ability to manage multiple sites at a time. Key Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment across a diverse property portfolio Diagnose complex HVAC system failures and implement effective, code-compliant solutions Conduct routine preventive maintenance inspections and prepare detailed service reports Ensure all work complies with local, state, and federal mechanical codes and safety regulations Coordinate with property managers, contractors, and project leads to schedule and execute HVAC work Maintain an accurate inventory of parts, tools, and equipment Required Certifications EPA 608 Universal Certification (required) State HVAC Contractor or Journeyman License (required) OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Safety Certification (required) NATE Certification (preferred) Valid driver's license with clean driving record Qualifications Minimum 5 years of HVAC field experience Proficiency with residential HVAC systems, including split systems, rooftop units, and boilers Strong working knowledge of local mechanical codes and safety standards Ability to read and interpret technical schematics, blueprints, and equipment manuals Excellent communication and team leadership skills

Compensation:
