Experienced Residential Lead HVAC Installer

Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Lead Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Residential HVAC Installation. Your expertise will contribute to ensuring that our clients receive high-quality, reliable installations.

THIS IS A NEW COMP POSITION, NOT HOURLY FOR INSTALLS.

Duties Install HVAC systems and components according to specifications and safety standards. Drive company vans to job sites while adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring tools and equipment are properly stored after use. Skills Proficiency in HVAC installation. Ability to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively and efficiently. Experience with plumbing tasks is a plus; familiarity with building codes is beneficial. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience as a van driver preferred. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work.
