About the Role As a Senior HVAC Installation Technician, you will serve as the primary expert for residential and light commercial climate control projects. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality system installations, ensuring optimal airflow performance, and maintaining exceptional client satisfaction through professional craftsmanship and technical precision. Responsibilities Execute the end-to-end installation of residential and light commercial HVAC systems, including complex ductwork and piping configurations. Perform expert-level installation of backup power generators and associated gas line connections with full autonomy. Design and implement efficient HVAC equipment layouts to maximize system longevity and energy performance. Maintain comprehensive documentation of all field activities to ensure project accuracy and compliance. Drive positive customer outcomes by providing clear communication and maintaining a clean, professional workspace. Adapt to unique site requirements and resolve technical challenges to ensure seamless system operation. Required Skills Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in residential HVAC installation. Proven ability to perform physical tasks including lifting 50 lbs, climbing, and working in varied environmental conditions. Valid driver's license with a clean motor vehicle record. Strong work ethic with a commitment to reliability and professional growth. Preferred Skills EPA Universal Certification. Technical proficiency in geothermal systems, oil-fired equipment, and advanced airflow diagnostics. Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments while maintaining a collaborative team spirit.
