You will represent Brooks Heating & Air in customers' homes and play a critical role in delivering a professional, trustworthy, and high-quality service experience.

Responsibilities Include:

Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems Perform maintenance and safety inspections Troubleshoot heating and cooling system issues Clearly explain findings and repair options to homeowners Build trust with customers through professionalism and strong communication Complete accurate service records and documentation Use diagnostic tools including multimeters, ohmmeters, and other HVAC testing equipment Follow company procedures, safety standards, and best practices Operate a company vehicle safely and responsibly Work independently while staying connected to the service team Identify opportunities to improve system performance, comfort, safety, and reliability Who We're Looking For We are looking for a technician who combines technical skill with strong customer service. The right person is dependable, professional, motivated, and able to work with limited supervision.

Ideal Qualifications:

5+ years of HVAC service experience preferred Strong residential HVAC diagnostic and repair skills Experience with heating, cooling, airflow, electrical, and refrigerant-related issues EPA certification preferred Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Comfortable using diagnostic tools such as multimeters and ohmmeters Strong communication skills with homeowners and team members Ability to present repair and replacement options professionally Valid driver's license with a clean driving record ServiceTitan experience is a plus Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a customer-first mindset We are primarily looking for senior-level technicians, but we will also consider strong mid-level technicians who have excellent customer service skills, strong potential, and a desire to grow.
