Operations / Branch Manager - Residential Mechanical / HVAC We are partnered with a well-established residential mechanical / HVAC company that is looking to add an experienced Operations / Branch Manager to lead and grow their local operation. This is a key leadership role with real impact on people, projects, customer experience, and profitability. What You'll Do:
Oversee daily branch operations across residential HVAC service, installation, maintenance, and replacement projects Lead, mentor, and develop field technicians, installers, dispatch, and office staff Manage scheduling, workflow, and resource allocation to ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and on budget Drive operational efficiency, quality control, customer satisfaction, and overall branch performance Partner with sales and leadership teams to support growth, revenue goals, and market expansion Ensure compliance with HVAC industry standards, local codes, safety regulations, and company policies Monitor KPIs, budgets, labor utilization, and operational performance metrics Support recruiting, training, and retention efforts to build a strong team culture What They're Looking For:
Strong background in the residential mechanical / HVAC industry Prior leadership experience as an Operations Manager, Branch Manager, Service Manager, General Manager, or similar role Ability to lead teams, manage priorities, and drive accountability in a fast-paced environment Solid understanding of residential HVAC service, installation operations, dispatching, and customer relations Experience managing P&L, budgets, and operational performance is highly preferred Proven track record of leadership, team development, and operational success Why This Opportunity:
