HVAC Service Technician (Commercial & Residential)

Full-Time Are you an experienced HVAC Service Technician who takes pride in doing things the right way - and wants to work for a company that actually has your back? We're not just looking for someone who can fix systems. We're looking for someone who cares about people, their craft, and being part of a solid team.
What You Will Do:
Diagnose, repair and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems Real troubleshooting (not just parts swapping) Clearly explain issues and solutions to customers (no pressure, just honesty) Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and teammates Follow all safety, quality, company and industry standards Represent our company with professionalism and respect in every home and business
What We're Looking For:
3+ years of HVAC service experience (residential and/or commercial) EPA certification required Strong understanding of HVAC systems, tools, and best practices Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various environments (attics, rooftops, crawl spaces) Pre-employment drug screening Dependable and self-motivated
