We are seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to manage maintenance operations at a residential community in the Norfolk, VA area. This is a one-person maintenance role , ideal for someone who is self-motivated, organized, and takes pride in independently keeping a property running smoothly. What You'll Do As the sole maintenance professional onsite, you'll be responsible for all day-to-day maintenance operations and ensuring residents enjoy a safe, comfortable living environment.

Daily Responsibilities Include:
