Depending on experience, you earn $25.00 - $35.00/hour . DAY-TO-DAY AS AN HVAC SERVICE TECH

You typically work 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday . There's some on-call, you work every other Saturday, and overtime is available. You're responsible for visiting customers' homes, inspecting their residential heating and air conditioning systems, diagnosing the source of any issues, and making accurate repairs and replacements to get everything in peak condition. Throughout the job, you communicate with the customer, explain service options and recommendations, and document the work you perform. You repair and replace faulty parts and provide excellent customer service to leave a positive impression of your skills and our heating and air conditioning company. Here's what we need from you: EPA certification Ability to work independently Ability to maintain, repair, and replace residential split systems, package units, and ductless systems Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose heating and air conditioning equipment Communication and customer service skills Valid driver's license and a clean driving record Ability to serve the South Hampton Roads region The following would be preferred but aren't required: NATE certification 3+ years of field service experience Experience with answering customer questions, resolving complaints, and providing technical guidance
