This is a newly created position to plan, direct, and coordinate the installation of HVAC systems. As an HVAC Install Supervisor, you will participate in the planning of a project, supervise HVAC Service technicians and helpers, assist in hiring, set work priorities, train technicians and evaluate performance to ensure effective operations.
Requirements:
4-5 years' experience managing technicians Must have valid drivers license.
Responsibilities:
Supervise team of installers Resolve technical issues when they arise in the field Coordinate projects and service with scheduler Support sales team with technical support Assist with install as needed
License:
Master Mechanic (Preferred) CFC Certified (Preferred) EPA (Preferred)
Education:
High school or equivalent (Preferred)
