Pay :

Apply today, complete a quick phone screening, and get ready for an interview with our team to discuss your goals and experience. 1-2+ years of HVAC experience preferred Strong potential candidates with limited HVAC experience may be considered EPA Certification required NATE Certification preferred but not required Journeyman License preferred but not required Experience performing residential HVAC maintenance, tune-ups, and system inspections preferred Basic understanding of HVAC systems, components, and operation Ability to learn HVAC diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repair procedures Ability to read wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical documentation preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to explain maintenance findings and recommendations clearly and professionally Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Valid driver's license that meets company driving requirements Ability to safely perform the physical duties required for residential HVAC service work Bradley Mechanical is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
