In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing a wide range of heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), and mechanical systems. Your expertise will ensure our clients receive top-quality service and reliable climate control solutions. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your technical knowledge in a fast-paced environment while contributing to the comfort and safety of our customers' properties. Hourly base pay provided as well as opportunity for daily bonus occural. Duties Install HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, boilers, gas furnaces, heat pumps, gas & electric package units, gas lines Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on HVAC/R equipment to ensure optimal operation. Read and interpret technical schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams to accurately install and service complex systems. Conduct field service visits to diagnose issues with mechanical systems, perform repairs, and execute property maintenance tasks. Utilize tools such as ohmmeters and welding equipment to repair or replace faulty components. Collaborate with team members on system design modifications and upgrades Ensure all installations comply with safety standards, building codes, and environmental regulations related to refrigerants Maintain detailed records of service activities, repairs performed, parts used, and system performance data. Qualifications Proven experience in construction, HVAC installation, or as a service technician within the HVAC/R industry. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in equipment repair and installation Ability to read schematics and interpret HVAC design plans accurately.. Experience working with property maintenance tasks Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Knowledge of electrical systems and the use of testing tools such as ohmmeters is essential. Demonstrated ability to work in the field independently or as part of a team under tight deadlines. Excellent problem-solving skills combined with mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting complex issues quickly and efficiently.
