In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. Your expertise will ensure optimal comfort, energy efficiency, and safety across residential and commercial properties. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your mechanical knowledge and field service experience in a fast-paced environment that values proactive problem-solving and customer satisfaction. Duties Conduct thorough inspections of HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, furnaces, and boilers. Diagnose issues using schematics, HVAC design plans, and technical manuals to identify root causes efficiently. Perform repairs and maintenance on heating and cooling equipment. Utilize tools such as diagnostic instruments to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems. Maintain detailed service records, including work performed, parts used, and system conditions for future reference. Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs clearly and offering recommendations for ongoing maintenance or upgrades. Qualifications Proven experience as a service technician in HVAC or related fields such as construction, plumbing, or refrigeration knowledge with the ability to read schematics and interpret HVAC design plans. Familiarity with refrigerant systems and the operation of HVAC equipment. Hands-on experience. Ability to operate HVAC diagnostic tools. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
