We are currently seeking a Commercial HVAC Technician to join our team in Winchester, VA . What You'll Do As a Commercial HVAC Technician, you will install, maintain, and service commercial and industrial HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

Key responsibilities include:

Maintain HVAC systems including hydronic, steam, forced hot air, and heat pump systems Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues efficiently and accurately Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams Perform preventive maintenance to maximize system performance and longevity Maintain high standards of workmanship, safety, and professionalism Deliver reliable, high-quality service to customers What We're Looking For 1 to 5 years of HVAC service or installation experience, or equivalent training and education Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and repair skills Experience installing and servicing HVAC systems and related equipment EPA or CFC Certification required Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong communication and documentation skills Ability to pass pre-employment screening including drug screen and background checks as required Commitment to following all company policies and procedures Why Join Southern Air?
