This is a field-based service role focused on troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of heating and HVAC systems. You'll work independently in the field while also gaining exposure to larger commercial systems over time . If you have experience with heating systems (oil, propane, boilers) or residential HVAC, we'll help you build into a full commercial technician role . What You'll Be Doing Diagnose and repair HVAC and heating systems Perform preventative maintenance and service work Work on systems such as: Boilers and hydronic systems Oil and propane burner systems Heat pumps, mini splits, and RTUs Assist with commercial systems (training provided) Communicate clearly with customers about issues and solutions Maintain service documentation and keep your truck organized What We're Looking For 3+ years of HVAC or heating experience Experience with boilers, oil, propane, or residential HVAC systems Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability Ability to work independently in the field Good communication and customer service skills Valid driver's license Preferred (not required): EPA Certification NH/VT Gas License NORA Oil or electrical certifications Benefits Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holidays Annual bonus opportunity Company vehicle and apparel Ongoing training and career development
