We are hiring for both IAQ Foreman and IAQ Technician positions. Team members will work with specialized equipment to improve indoor air quality, system cleanliness, and HVAC efficiency. This position is ideal for energetic, skilled, and team-oriented individuals who take pride in providing quality workmanship and outstanding customer service. Some off-shift and evening work may be required depending on project scheduling. Responsibilities Perform HVAC duct cleaning and IAQ services in residential and commercial buildings Operate specialized duct cleaning and air quality equipment Assist in improving HVAC system efficiency and reducing airborne contaminants Lead crews and coordinate projects (Foreman position) Follow NADCA standards and company safety procedures Communicate professionally with customers and team members Maintain equipment, vehicles, and jobsite cleanliness Complete project documentation and reports accurately Qualifications HVAC, sheet metal, mechanical, or related construction experience preferred but not required Leadership and crew management experience preferred for Foreman applicants Strong work ethic and positive attitude Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to learn and obtain industry certifications Mechanical aptitude and comfort using tools and equipment Ability to lift equipment, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces Valid driver's license required Some off-shift or evening work may be required Build Your Future With Benoure At Benoure Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning, we value safety, craftsmanship, teamwork, and employee growth.
