Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Residential HVAC Install Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential homes, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Install a variety of HVAC systems (furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductless mini-splits, etc.) in residential settings. Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and installation manuals. Ensure proper functioning of newly installed systems through testing and troubleshooting. Perform ductwork installation, including layout and sealing. Adhere to local, state, and federal codes and regulations. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Communicate professionally with homeowners, team members, and supervisors. Handle tools and equipment responsibly and report maintenance needs.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum 5 years of experience in residential HVAC installation preferred. EPA Section 608 Certification required. HVAC trade school certification or equivalent field training preferred. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Strong understanding of HVAC systems, components, and installation best practices. Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in varied environments (attics, crawl spaces, rooftops). Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Work Environment:
