Job Description
Local 66 Union Shop, Apply in Person Preferred at 350 SW Riverside Dr. Chehalis Making sure van is fully stocked, (replace stock used from prior days work) with material and equipment for that days work depending on the job. Drive company service van and or box van to job sites though out the workday and back to shop at end of shift. Making sure the Truck is Washed, and the interior is CLEAN Put Signs out in yard, Post permits, walk through with customer Remove heating and air conditioning equipment, disconnect duct work, furnaces, and heating systems. Cut and build base can, or ductwork out of sheet metal Replace equipment, restacking furnace, coils, and air handler. Run line set, level pads, and move heat pumps around Bend and braze line sets Install flues, reconnect gas and thermostat connections Fire off unit and add refrigerant as needed May work in attics, crawl spaces and on roof tops Clean up work area by picking up debris, vacuuming, sweeping, and folding drop cloths, leaving site cleaner than when you arrived. When putting debris in Van make sure all gages, and bottles are secure in their place. Make sure that any parts, pieces that were not used is NOT part of the garbage being thrown away. The warehouse person is not to dig through your mess. Be thoughtful in the manner you keep your truck. If your back early check on other jobs going on, report to the office prior to leaving job site or office
