Company vehicle, tools, and uniform provided Year-round work with room to grow in a new company Supportive team environment focused on doing the job right the first time Opportunity to earn commissions on parts, accessories, maintenance plans, and system upgrades you recommend to customers Your Role Install new furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, ductwork, and related HVAC equipment in residential and light commercial settings Set up, test, and commission systems to manufacturer and code specifications Provide clear, honest communication and exceptional customer service during installs Follow all safety standards, building codes, and manufacturer guidelines Work collaboratively with our growing team in the Centralia-Chehalis area What We're Looking For 2+ years of hands-on HVAC installation experience (preferred) EPA 608 Certification (required) Valid Washington driver's license and clean driving record Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in all weather conditions Strong mechanical and installation skills Washington HVAC contractor license (or ability to obtain one) is a plus Low voltage license (or ability to obtain one) is a plus Reliable, honest, and ready to help build something great If you're tired of long hours, low pay, or companies that cut corners, Honest HVAC is different.
