HVAC Maintenance Technician

The Role As a Maintenance Technician , you will play a crucial role in maintaining our clients' HVAC systems. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for hands-on work and a desire to grow in the HVAC industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct routine inspections of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. Perform preventative maintenance tasks such as cleaning coils, replacing filters, lubricating parts, and inspecting electrical components. Assist senior technicians in diagnosing and repairing HVAC system issues. Document maintenance activities and report findings to senior technicians or supervisors. Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional conduct with clients. Adhere to safety protocols and company procedures at all times.

Requirements & Qualifications Age Requirement:

Must be 22 years of age or older to meet vehicle operation and insurance requirements.

Driving Record:

Must pass an MVR screening and maintain a good driving record.

Certifications:

EPA certification is required . (HVAC technical training or additional certification is a plus) .

Experience:

1-2 years of experience in the HVAC industry as an apprentice or maintenance tech.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Skills:

Strong mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting skills, and proficiency in using smartphones, tablets, and other mobile devices.

Physical:

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs on a regular basis and work in varying/extreme temperatures.

Schedule & Environment Status:

Full-Time.

Schedule:

Tuesday to Saturday 7AM-3

PM Availability:

Must be available to work nights and weekends on a rotating basis to service the emergency needs of our customers.
