Job Description
Looking for people who are interested in starting their HVAC career from the ground up. We train our own people and promote only from within. That means that the work you put into the company gets directly rewarded. We are a small HVAC company that is growing rapidly. The people who join us over the next few years and grow with us are going to find themselves in great high up positions in a very short amount of time. This job does not require any past experience or education, however the more you know about tools and the harder you are willing to work, the more you will get paid. We are specifically looking for someone who can follow basic instructions and put penetrations into a new home, and whatever odd jobs need to be done. This is a position that will occasionally work alone and occasionally with the team. Need to be able to follow written and verbal instructions, read and write. This is a daily case of loading your truck, putting equipment into a new construction home, and is can be repetitive with mild variations between houses.
