This position assists our HVAC Technician with maintaining and servicing all HVAC related systems within buildings and residential homes of Panorama, in accordance with the corporation's goal to provide a safe, attractive, and functional facility for our residents. This includes, but not limited to, air conditioners, heat pumps, furnaces, fireplaces, air handlers, controls, exhaust hoods and ventilation fans, boilers and chillers.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Change air filters for all systems in resident homes and buildings. Order and stock filters and parts for all heating and cooling systems. Troubleshoots thermostat issues and all other controls systems. Maintains company vehicles in a clean and organized manner; notifies the supervisor of any needed repairs. Other projects as assigned.
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES
Demonstrate courtesy, friendliness, and helpfulness to all residents, other workers, potential residents, and the general public as a representative of Panorama. Perform all duties in a safe manner.
REQUIREMENTS EDUCATION
High school education or the equivalent
EXPERIENCE
Minimum one year related experience Must know how to use a multimeter Incumbent will drive a company vehicle as needed to transport equipment or supplies, or to move around the campus. Incumbent must have and maintain a valid Washington State Driver's License and a good driving record and must inform their supervisor or the Human Resource Director if incumbent's driver's license becomes invalid for any reason.
