Full Job Description Job Summary Job Summary:
We're looking for a dedicated Lead HVAC Installer to join our expanding team! The ideal candidate will have expertise in installing and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This role requires a solid understanding of HVAC systems, appliance repair, and the ability to read and interpret schematics. The Lead HVAC Installer will also be responsible for ensuring all work is completed in strict compliance with safety standards and regulations.

Duties:
Install and maintain HVAC systems in residential AND commercial settings. Repair or replace defective components using appropriate tools and equipment. Build and assemble HVAC components as needed. Work with ammonia refrigeration systems when required. Ensure compliance with local codes and regulations during installation and repair processes. Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports and maintenance logs.
Experience:
Previous experience as a Lead Installer in the HVAC field is preferred and install experience is required. Familiarity with appliance repair techniques is a plus. Experience driving a service van to various job sites is beneficial. Knowledge of schematics related to HVAC systems is essential. Understanding of boiler systems and their maintenance requirements is advantageous. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are necessary for success in this role.
