The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in field service, property maintenance, and HVAC systems. This role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency. Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including air conditioning units and ammonia refrigeration systems. Conduct routine inspections and troubleshooting of HVAC equipment using tools such as ohmmeters and welders. Perform preventative maintenance to ensure optimal operation of heating and cooling systems. Respond to service calls in a timely manner to address customer needs and concerns. Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports and inventory management. Collaborate with other technicians and staff to ensure high-quality service delivery. Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working on-site. Experience Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role in field service or property maintenance. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various HVAC systems effectively. Familiarity with refrigerants, air conditioning units, and ammonia refrigeration is preferred. Proficiency in using diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters for system evaluations. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
