If your learning to learn clean installs, clean sheet metal, straight lines, and systems that perform you'll fit here. This is a full-time, hourly, non-exempt position. Experience Required:

No experience required. Ongoing training provided.

Physical Requirements:

Lift 50+ lbs regularly Work on your feet, knees, and ladders for extended periods Comfortable in attics, crawl spaces, garages, and tight mechanical rooms Able to safely drive a company vehicle What You'll Do Assist in removing and replacing furnaces, heat pumps, air handlers, and duct systems Assist in installing equipment to manufacturer specs and company standards Assist in performing start-up and system testing Assist in ensuring clean, organized, professional job sites Work closely with Install and field leaders to be the best you can be Some days will exceed 8 hours.
