This position is responsible for performing preventative maintenance, system inspections, and customer education while helping homeowners keep their heating and cooling systems operating safely and efficiently. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term HVAC career with opportunities for advancement into service and diagnostic roles. What You'll Do Perform seasonal HVAC maintenance and tune-ups on residential heating and cooling systems Inspect furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductless systems Check system operation, airflow, electrical components, and safety controls Replace filters and clean equipment as needed Identify maintenance issues and potential repair needs Clearly communicate findings and recommendations to homeowners Document work performed using company software and mobile devices Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle and inventory Follow all company safety procedures and industry best practices Provide exceptional customer service on every visit QualificationsRequired Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to pass a background check Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Professional appearance and attitude Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor environments Preferred EPA 608 Certification Previous HVAC, construction, electrical, plumbing, or mechanical experience Experience using digital service software Knowledge of residential HVAC equipment and maintenance procedures What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is: Reliable and punctual Coachable and eager to learn Detail-oriented Positive and team-oriented Comfortable interacting with homeowners Interested in long-term career growth within the HVAC industry Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay based on experience Overtime opportunities Paid training and ongoing education Career advancement opportunities Company vehicle (if applicable) Paid time off Health benefits (if applicable) Uniforms provided If you're looking for a company that values integrity, teamwork, and professional growth, we'd love to hear from you.
