What You'll Do:
Respond to service calls specifically related to HVAC equipment still under warranty. Evaluate whether repairs are covered under the warranty terms. Inspect malfunctioning HVAC units to determine cause of failure. Use diagnostic tools to identify issues in heating, cooling, ventilation, or control systems. Perform repairs or replacements of parts as needed Ensure all repairs meet manufacturer specifications and safety codes. Complete detailed warranty paperwork Communicate findings and recommendations to clients and warranty providers.
What You'll Bring:
3+ years of residential HVAC Warranty experience Familiarity with ductless equipment, inverter driven systems, low voltage diagnostics EPA Universal Certified Valid DL Proficient knowledge in different models of HVAC systems Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Excellent Communication and customer service skills
