Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. As an HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial properties. This is a full-time position with competitive pay.
Duties:
  • Install, inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in accordance with company standards and manufacturer specifications
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning and replacing filters
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues and make necessary repairs
  • Test HVAC systems to ensure proper functioning and efficiency
  • Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget
  • Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questions
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of property maintenance, mechanical systems, and appliance repair
  • Familiarity with field service operations and equipment repair
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose issues accurately
  • Proficient in reading blueprints and technical manuals
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • EPA certification preferred
