We specialize in equipment sales, replacement parts, and technical support, delivering reliable products and expert service to contractors, engineers, and facility managers.
Position Summary:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to support our HVAC/mechanical sales operations. This role is responsible for assisting customers with equipment selection, pricing, quotations, order processing, and technical support. The ideal candidate understands HVAC systems and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate quotes for HVAC equipment, parts, and mechanical systems Review engineered plans and specifications to identify opportunities Assist customers with product selection, specifications, and availability Process orders and coordinate with warehouse and operations teams Maintain and grow relationships with contractors and repeat customers Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Qualifications:
1-3+ years of inside sales experience (HVAC, plumbing, mechanical, or construction industry preferred) Strong understanding of HVAC systems, parts, and equipment (preferred) Ability to read blueprints or mechanical schedules is a plus Excellent communication and customer service skills Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office High school diploma required; technical training or degree preferred

Pay:
$75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
