About the Role Cloud 9 Heat & Air is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Residential Retrofit HVAC Installer with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the field, preferably experienced in installing Mitsubishi systems . As a Residential Retrofit HVAC Installer, you'll work closely with experienced technicians and be part of a team that values growth, craftsmanship, and integrity. Responsibilities Assist in the installation of residential HVAC systems Learn and apply best practices in HVAC installation and safety Support lead installers by preparing tools, materials, and job sites Help troubleshoot and resolve basic installation issues Maintain a clean and organized work environment Follow instructions accurately and ask questions when unsure Take initiative in learning new skills and advancing your knowledge Requirements Minimum of 1-2 years of hands-on HVAC experience required Must have ability to cleanly install an outdoor unit independently Basic understanding of HVAC systems, tools, and safety protocols Ability to work in tight attics and crawlspaces Ability to regularly lift 80+ lbs Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Ability to follow directions and work independently when needed Passion for delivering high-quality work Valid driver's license Employment is contingent on successful completion of post-offer screening, which may include employment verification, driving record, and criminal background check, consistent with applicable law.
