• $50 per hour (DOE)

Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance, repairs, and installations on HVAC systems (residential).
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues, providing efficient solutions.
• Ensure all installations and repairs are up to code and meet industry standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized service vehicle and job site.
• Document service calls, repairs, and maintenance work accurately.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Work closely with the team to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in occasional overtime, as needed.

Qualifications:

• Extensive knowledge of HVAC systems, installations, and codes.
• EPA Certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently while managing multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy equipment as needed.
