Demonstrate product features and benefits confidently to customers, emphasizing the value of HVAC equipment, refrigeration units, boilers, and related mechanical systems. Perform on-site installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC/R equipment, including refrigeration systems, air conditioning units, plumbing connections, and appliance repairs. Utilize tools such as ohmmeters and welding equipment to troubleshoot electrical issues and repair mechanical components efficiently. Educate customers on system operation, maintenance best practices, and property upkeep to ensure long-term satisfaction. Collaborate with the service team to schedule follow-up visits and support ongoing property maintenance projects. Maintain detailed records of service activities, parts used, and customer interactions for transparency and quality assurance. Skills Extensive construction knowledge with experience in HVAC design, plumbing, refrigeration, and boiler systems. Proven service technician background with field service expertise across diverse mechanical systems. Strong understanding of schematics, technical manuals, and equipment repair procedures. Mechanical aptitude combined with practical skills in welding, appliance repair, ammonia refrigeration, and property maintenance. Ability to operate specialized tools such as ohmmeters and other diagnostic equipment effectively. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; familiarity with driver requirements is a plus. Excellent communication skills for engaging customers confidently while explaining technical details clearly.
