Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced HVAC professional with a strong background in commercial installations . The ideal candidate has 5+ years of commercial experience , advanced knowledge of layout, design, fabrication, and installation, and the ability to manage projects efficiently. Residential experience alone will not qualify.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, layout, and install HVAC systems in commercial settings. Fabricate and fit sheet metal components with precision. Perform accurate pre-construction layouts and material take-offs from blueprints. Size and draw ductwork correctly to meet project specifications. Maintain high standards of safety with tools, testing devices, and surroundings. Train entry-level personnel and guide less experienced team members. Communicate effectively with clients and maintain excellent customer relations. Think critically and problem-solve on the job to ensure projects move efficiently.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of commercial HVAC installation experience. Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC layout, design, and fabrication. Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints accurately.
