The HVAC Install Coordinator will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating HVAC installation projects, ensuring that all jobs are completed efficiently and to the highest standard. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. The ideal candidate will work closely with customers, technicians, and other departments to ensure a smooth installation process and high levels of customer satisfaction.Benefits and Compensation:

Monday - Friday 8AM-5PM Responsibilities:
Schedule HVAC installation projects, ensuring optimal use of resources and time. Coordinate with customers to confirm appointment times and provide updates on project status Assign installation jobs to technicians based on skill set and availability. Communicate job details and expectations to technicians, ensuring they have all necessary materials and information. Coordinate the delivery of necessary equipment, materials, and supplies to job sites. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure materials are available for upcoming installations. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the installation process. Address customer questions, concerns, and scheduling requests in a professional and timely manner. Provide customers with detailed information about the installation process, including timelines and what to expect. Ensure all required permits and documentation are completed before installation begins. Maintain accurate records of all installation jobs, including schedules, materials used, and technician assignments. Process and track job-related paperwork, including permits, inspection reports, and customer agreements. Conduct follow-ups with customers post-installation to ensure satisfaction and address any issues that may arise. Work with the quality control team to identify and resolve any issues related to installations.Qualifications:
Experience in HVAC coordination, dispatch, or a related field is highly desirable. Experience with Service Titan software is a PLUS! Experience in pulling permits for multiple counties preferred Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and scheduling software. Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
