Pay starting $28- 40 + Benefits (full-time year-round) Location Chelan, WA Benefits Regular scheduled raises Internal advancement opportunities Work vehicle Paid vacation (five days first year & ten days every year after) Paid holidays (six) Paid sick leave (Washington State based) Medical coverage Vision coverage Life insurance Paid training All power tools are provided Required Qualifications Field experience in HVAC - Significant Increase in pay for certifications Experience & ability to fab Must hold state driver's license Pre-employment background screening (criminal & DMV) Preferred Qualifications 06B North American Technician Excellence (N.A.T.E.) preferred MECH 1 Universal EPA certification Skills & Experience HVAC level knowledge of installing HVAC systems in residential & light commercial projects Able to confidently fab ductwork Knowledge of current codes & building requirements mandated by local & state government agencies for HVAC Sheet metal bending Duct sizing calcs Perform basic takeoffs Read blueprints Proficient in reading schematics & work plans The Position Install residential and light commercial new & retrofit HVAC systems Verify company quality standards are met Manage materials stock in vans Reliable communication with customers, crew, and admin Ensures use of PPE & the application of safe behavior
