HVAC Installer

We are currently hiring an HVAC installer. We are looking for a person who can install duct and equipment, read plans and follow them. We will consider aplicants that have experiance in the trades that may be new to HVAC if they have a good all around work record and know new construction in general. If you are cosidering a careear change this may be a good fit. We do mostly new construction multifamily, along with some light commercial. We do some remodel and new residential. 90% of our jobs are in Dane county. Pay for this position is very much dependent on performance and experience. Company vehicle may be assigned to a qualified candidate with a clean driving record after a probationary period. Some overtime may be required occasionally, and overtime is normally available if you wish to make extra money. You are responsible for your own hand tools, and basic power tools. Large power tools and some specialty tools are provided by the company. Come with a good attitude, and a good work ethic. We have 40+ hour weeks. Year round.
